Joined team 2021; 30+ years global consultant/advisor for small businesses; heads operations for her family rep business. She serves as Growth Advisor at the region’s leading sustainability organization, and is a Mentor at Iona College’s Hynes Institute for Entrepreneurship.

Joined team 2020; Partner in Hudson Valley Start-up Fund, built and sold flourishing sports franchise.
Paul Munguia
Joined the team in 2019; provides growth strategies to tech companies; built three companies in and around tech. Paul leads program planning and execution with partners and entrepreneurs. He is a three-time company builder, serving as both a founder and an executive to grow funding, revenue, and team. Additionally, Paul is the founder of a retail product company, and pursues endurance sports.
